THEY ARE SNAKES !! The worst agency ever! Taking money for every single thing! Moved into apparently "new house" where there was mold everywhere, my room 2m x 2m very small and very expensive! The washing machine was moldy, no wifi, no kitchen appliances! My door didn't even shut, so it always had to be fully opened! Didn't wanted to give my money back! Don't trust these people!

I went to that address last week and now they operate as Flintons now. Super suspicious, so didn't close any deal with them. There's a BBC article about it, you should Google it. Maybe it can help you... ...

Oliver, unfortunately citiside has gone into liquidation, I suggest you contact the liquidator Edge Recovery (edgerecovery.com) about this. I also recommend you check with MyDeposit about this as they are the deposit protection company that CitiSide used. Your deposit should have been protected so it should be possible to get it back. ...
