House buying is never stress free! Especially when you are buying a property which is 300 miles away.
The first thing that stood out was the fact they activity updated and chased both sides of the sale/purchase, so helping to move things. I have dealt with multiple estate agents over the years and not one has been as proactive in terms of helping the purchase progress smoothly.So full marks, and excellent service!
