Before I/We met Jonathan we thought that the rental "agent " is an "unidentifiable race"....


We were looking for a spacious 3 bedroom flat in south London.
As it's usual all started on the internet, which is the land of the gorgeous properties...we thought
Unfortunately we found out that those special websites are really tricky, and after a short time we were faced with plenty of untruth stories , speculative pictures and unpunctual landlords, agents.

We never thought that the property market is such a dangerous area for tenants.

Then we met Jonathan, who offered us the required property ( Crystal Palace ). We had a look on it and said : this could be the one . Despite that we were satisfied more time was needed to make up more options and then decide .
Among of dozens of properties Jonathan's one was the only that had the promised value and quality, simply he gave what he offered.
The process wasn't smooth, we had issues in terms of the credit check, formal things off course but with Jonathan's help was easy to go trough it.

The deal had been made and right now we rent a property which we can simply call home.

In spite of our experience and success we highly recommend Jonathan Claustres and the steerts ahead.
