A surprisingly good experience throughout. The initial guidance and advice was clear, realistic and very helpful. The support received leading up to the auction was excellent. A 'cash for home' offer of £112000 if sold in 2 weeks and 'estate agent' proposal of £120000 for a quick sale don't compare with the final auction price realised of £158000 ... perhaps we 'got lucky'. My thanks to James and his team.

Pricing was clear and I felt we had good value for the money ... particularly when compared to Estate Agent fees.

We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
