Embarrassingly bad. I feel I have ended up with a very poor deal on the sale because the buyer has been handled so badly. They are amateurs. They forgot to put up the for-sale sign. When they did put it up, it blew down. They also left the details of the property on the site for two months after an offer was accepted and despite three requests to remove it. Then on the day that the surveyor finally turned up, they lost the keys!
