Bairstow Eves have let themselves down, well this branch has!
From the very beginning I would have to chase up appointments, feedback from potential buyers and even arranging for appointments to be schduled.
It was near impossible to contact them as the phone would always go to voice mail and only once they got back to a message that I left.
When I sold my property and the completion was set no one from Bairstow Eves informed me of this and to this day still have not. I heard about it through my buyers estate agent and my Solicitors.
The whole level of customer service was appalling.
They have this week been in touch with me which is the first time in nearly 3 weeks (property was sold on 6/10/17) to ask me for payment for the fees.
If I wanted to do most of the work myself then I would have chosen Purple Bricks for half the price.

£4800. OK if the agent made the process easier. In this case it is far too expensive.
