We were very fortunate to engage Oakwood Estates to sell my house. Chris Potts done an outstanding job, he was a real pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, with great communication throughout the selling process. We would definitely use these guys in the future. Many thanks indeed to Chris and Oakwood estates.

It’s my second time moving out (first time was at uni), so I can’t really compare agency fees. What I will say however is that Oakwood estate was one of the agencies I found that didn’t charge just to view the property.
