Greedy and unethical would be the best way to describe this estate agent. They do not care how they make money as long as they do but cant be bothered to provide any service. They will go to any length to rip off both tenants and landlords. They left me without heating and gas supply for nearly 8 weeks. To add insults on injuries they were charging £360 to wash ripped carpets which they new were being ripped up! The property managers are a joke and the sales/letting team too aggressive and not bothered with listening to your needs. Having said that I would like to single out one agent by the name of George (in the Bishop's Stortford office) who is courteous, polite and very pleasant.
