We just HAD to write and say a very big thank you to you personally for all your efforts and attention in securing the purchase of our new home. You really did tick all the boxes when it came to customer service and attention to detail and we know how much we benefitted from your input throughout the various steps.
Victoria's personable, professional and hands on approach made our recent property purchase a pleasure! She took the time to get to know us, as well as the type of property we were looking for and that really made a difference to how smoothly things went. She dealt quickly and efficiently with the inevitable hiccups, actively liaising between all the parties to keep things moving to completion.
She did what she said she would, exactly when she said she would, rather than us having to chase up all the parties involved (as has been our painful experience in the past) and made the whole process very smooth; we definitely felt we were being well looked after.
Whilst not planning to move house again for a little while, we are 100% delighted to pass on your details to friends, family and connections knowing that they too will be very well looked after.
