We used Connells Worcester to let our property in August 2017. From the initial email contact Kris couldn't have provided us with better service, information and advice. Connells managed to find us a fully acceptable tenant within 48hrs of being told the property was available, made the whole lettings process painless, and have continued to offer a great service through the property management team. I agree, but regarding the Basingstoke office......I turn up for a viewing and nobody was there to show me around. I put in an offer on a property and phoned them 3 days running and nobody even got back to me just kept saying we will ring you. Absolutely useless firm. I would not sell my home with them. Beware sellers.... ...
