Wendy was able to sell the property at the viewing. Barely stepping foot in the property she was able to tell us what we wanted to hear about the local area, amenities and developments we could barely find anything about on the internet. This knowledge is so overlooked by many estate agents I have been to see. The attention to details really is a selling point, telling me what I need to hear not what she thought I need to hear.

Whilst we were unsuccessful in purchasing our dream house this time, I know Wendy and Katy will not only find us a house but also a community we are looking for.
