Rented for 9 months and all was fine (if you take no contact at all as fine), but no guidance given about the world of renting, and this was our first rental. Have now tried to get my deposit back for over two months and despite repeated e-mails, requests and promises, nothing has been received. Am having to take time off work to go and sit in their offices until it is done. Would never deal with these charlatans again

Our only difficulty is with the billing/payment system. If is unclear, difficult to understand and they don't seem to be able to consolidate payments, (unlike other agents we use), which makes a lot of work for us and our accountant.
