We prepared our house for sale and then left the keys with the Estate Agent to sell it for us whilst we moved abroad. It went on the market on Friday 4th August and was sold the next week for a significant figure above the asking price. From going on the market to completion was 70 days due in no small part to the work of the St Ives office team. Nothing was too much trouble for them, for example, some documentation was required by the solicitors which we had not submitted and on at least two occasions, they went to the property to recover and submit the documents on our behalf. Excellent service and we highly recommend the St Ives Branch and its staff.
