Would never deal with this office again. Let a property from them and they later advised that they had put a contract clause in our welcome pack (which is received on collection of keys, after all contracts have been signed). Clause meant paying an additional 6 months rent and was never even in existence. After horrendous stress and seeking numerous professional opinions we stuck to our guns and escalated to head office. Thankfully they stepped in and resolved the situation but Toby Powell was unprofessional in every way.

Ensure you get email confirmation for viewings, and confirm ahead at least twice. Expensive transport organised, and called to confirm that 100% certain viewing will go ahead. Adhere to professional standards. Hove office is most unlike Winkworth - an otherwise great network.
