Having sold and purchased property in Folkestone and surrounding areas for the last six years it's became clear Reeds Rains are the No1 agent. I applaud there knowledge, experience and ability to think outside the box and go the extra mile. Paul pushed a sale through sales progression for me and worked with me from offer to completion. There didn't seem to be anything he didn't know or hadn't experience in his many years in the industry. Stephen impressed us with his professionalism and exceptionally well mannered always happy to help approach. Currently we have listed a property for sale which Adam listed for us , we were refreshed by his young, driven enthusiastic approach. Adam goes the extra mile and its a joy to be able to get advice even out of hours. Adams property appraisal was spot on price, he knew the market and priced accordingly rather than just telling us what we want to hear and wasting are time like other agents had previously done to try and secure sole agency.
