After careful evaluation by Paul Chivers, the everyday viewings were handled by Christina Jones. Despite problems beyond the agent's control, the sale was bought diplomatically and carefully to exchange despite a grumpy seller! Was listened to at every turn and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressive.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I would have liked it if they had remembered I was their client and they were acting for me. It didn't feel like it.

It was an average fee but the service was so poor I really resent paying it. I have bought and sold houses a number of times but never felt that.
