Mike has been patience personified. Whilst awaiting exchange on the sale of my house to enable me to sign up to a rental, Mike kept me regularly informed of the availability of rental property and was supportive in what has been a stressful and prolonged conveyance.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
