I've used Connells to rent and manage a property in St Albans for several years. The branch staff are great, but the management service is bad beyond belief. It has incurred additional expense and a lot of administrative hassle to finally change agents, but no-one could possibly do a worse job than Connells - they really couldn't care less about their clients
