Happy with this agent, and have been for a number of years. They are particularly strong at tenant selection which I find leads to fewer issues further down the line. They represent my interests well.
Comment on agent fees
I pay them more on a percentage basis than some others have quoted me, but less overall when I consider there are minimal extra fees.

As the landlord of the property mentioned above I have been made aware of this website by my agent. I am very disappointed that the tenant is given a forum in which to make such wildly inaccurate suggestions. I certainly support Belvoir in seeking to present a more accurate version of what has actually transpired here.
