Sam, Megan and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful with finding and processing our current tenancy.
Davis Tate have a great selection of properties and take care in finding the right property for the right tenant.
They're very friendly and approachable which was comforting and the team were able to answer every question thrown at them. They offer a range of advice after moving in, from finances to insurance, and this has been a great help in planning for now and the long term.
Another mention must go to our property manager, Jane Matthews, who has been helping us with further questions with detailed and prompt responses.
Everyone has a smile on their face.
