I rented a one bedroom apartment in Slough with frost and from day one it was a joke. Pooja took us to the property, she was bored, not interested and rushed us. We still took the place anyways. There was no problems for about 9 months, this was because there was no issues until then.
Issue number 1: lightbulb ceiling holders were screwed on too tight. After emailing Arandeep several times as well as Pooja I finally got a response and her response was that the previous tenants never reported it. My response was yeah maybe because hey never needed to change the light bulb. Eventually I couldn't be asked with this hassle and hired someone to loosen them which cost me £150 for such a small job, they told me they were out on too tight and the paint glued it to the ceiling.
Issue number 2: kitchen sink would leak when water was running. This is due to the washer wearing out. I informed Arandeep and again took a very long time to get a response. They said they would send someone out. I had three weeks of my tenancy left and I never saw the plumber at all. We were left with a broken sink for 3 weeks!. We left the property with a broken sink and I emailed them again to inform them that I reported the sink.
Issue number 3: check out was due for 12pm, at half past 1 I called frost and they said oh sorry we forgot to book you in for the inventory check. I said okay and handed back they keys to the Slough branch. A week later I got my inventory report. I was being charged £20 to remove balcony chairs and £60 to remove a wooden shelve. I responded and told them that these items were already there and I sent so many emails and even had to call Arandeep as I wasn't getting any response. When I didn't get a response when would deny it and tell me that it was not in the property. I did some digging and found the first inventory report for when we moved in. Proved to them that the items were already in the property and then finally sent me a correct inventory. I was due my deposit back which I finally got but again another problem. They were £91 short! I've emailed Arandeep and still waiting on a response!
Frost is a joke, the staff need to wake up because they are by far the worst agency I've been with! I don't know maybe Arandrep is over worked? or maybe she needs some assistance? or maybe it was just the landlords taking absolutely ages to respond to her. Whatever it is they need to sort it out!

I should have known what these people were like right from day 1 as it took weeks to even get the tenancy agreement signed. By which time I'd already had to give my notice to my previous landlord (who was great, how I miss him!) and arrange removals. On the first day I met the inventory clerk. She was patronising, speaking down to me the whole time. The whole check in was rushed. 1 of the 2 front door keys was broken and didn't turn in the lock. I asked that they replace it. She told me I could forget about that and if I wanted 2 door keys I would have to get one cut at my own expense! I refused to sign the inventory on that, so she altered it to 1 key. Thank god I did insist, as upon check out they tried charging me for a missing key!
If you want to wait 12 months repairs and live in a damp property with inadequate ventilation, a leaking toilet, broken freezer and filthy unusable washing machine then rent from these con artists.
Fortunately I have all my documents including letters and email trails, plus the photographic evidence and am now taking them to the TDS. My former next door neighbour is having similar problems with Frost and I'm sure the new tenant will too.
Whatever you do avoid this agent !!
