Belvoir Andover has given us first rate service for many years. They have always found us very good tenants. They have managed the property to absolutely the best standard possible. They have kept us informed of everything about the property. They worked with the latest tenant to allow us to go in last September and fit all new windows and doors. A few months later there was a problem with the boiler. Again they interacted with us and the tenant, and a new boiler was fitted with with no problems at all.
We have always found the girls in the office so accomadating. Nothing is too much trouble, they will address anything for us, equally for the tenant. I believe they endeavor to nurture a good relationship between tenant and landlord. This creates a good relationship on every level. They have been our agent for so long, that I dont remember how many tenants they have got for us. But always it was a smooth transision, and we felt very confident in the ability of BELVOIR ANDOVER to manage our property.
