Ok an honest no frills review: I was told by two estate agents that they wanted just under 3 grand to sell my house and one even wanted money upfront for better photographs. so i seen the add for Doorstep.co.uk. and after given it loads of thought i decided what the hell. For the sake of two hundred quid what can i loose. It was quick and easy to sort, they sent out a great guy to take pictures and measure up he was very good and spent time with us explaining what was going to happen. within days we had been put onto zoopla and rightmove the listing was better than i had ever seen and I was more than happy. But after six weeks we had no one ,then we found out we had the wrong sign in the garden and people had no way to get in touch. this was sorted and then we had viewing after viewing and many many offers. we then had the offer we wanted and very near to the asking price. so for only two hundred quid they did exactly what they say do and they sold our home. do not get me wrong it was not as easy as a local estate agent but in order to save thousands of pounds there is bound to be a few issues. Krishan was the main man in this story he was great, to be honest he worked hard for us. emails with offers sent 24/7 phone calls the same as estate agents to book in viewings etc. I am a fussy bloke and want things done right and to be honest for two hundred pounds we just sold our house and i would do it all again with Doorstep.co.uk put your trust in them or you can always pay your high street estate agents a fortune.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
