I was directed to Georgina when I had an issue with a leak in our property and despite the many issues we had throughout Georgina was honestly the most helpful person I've spoken to associated with William H Brown and is the only reason I'm rating 5 stars.
She was incredibly prompt, took full ownership from the moment I spoke to her until our issue was resolved and was very helpful, even in matters beyond her control she went above and beyond.
