We were very hopeful about this agent due to their local knowledge and history but over four months we were disappointed by a lack of feedback on most viewings of our house; no client management or inter-branch co-ordination (branches did not know what the others were doing) and an entirely lacklustre approach to selling our property, especially during holiday periods when a lot of people want to view properties. Very disappointed as we thought the service would be much better than this. We have since changed agents and receive a much better service.
