As a first-time landlord, I have appreciated how the team at Martin& Co took the time to talk me through the process, making it as smooth and easy as possible. There has always been someone there to quickly speak to, either by phone or email, if issues arise. I've noticed compared to some organisations, when you speak with them they're a team, there's no "not my department" type of reaction to a query. So yeah, very good in my experience.
