Very surprised to see these reviews. I used there services to sell in the Northwich area and can not praise the team enough. Pleasent team efficient forllow up calls and found a buyer in a quick fashion. Used the RHs Legal serivces team also and a job well done.

I would have given 0 zero stars if I had been able to. They would not budge on 1.25 percent commission (1% is quite achievable with other agents) or their extraordinarily long contact length of 12 weeks. They marketed the property by putting it online and matching buyers electronically ...

Terrible communications, ignores emails and calls, doesn't stick to agreed deadlines. The whole process from start to finish was horrendously slow and painful. I would actively avoid this company at all costs....

I have recently removed my Mothers property from this Company, 8 months on the market and no views. They didn't call us once in all this time to discuss maybe dropping the price or marketing it differently, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy ..... ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
