Very professional and responsive agent. Initial property view was well organised and comprehensive. We extended our stay for an additional year and the quality of service from Mehdi was a significant factor in this decision. Over the two years that we have been renting the property, a number of minor maintenance issues including a broken fridge, window frame damage and a broken shower light were raised and have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The agent communicates in a warm, friendly and professional manner.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to read what their contract say and be responsible and helpful. However I don't think they would change my mind as it became more as a personal insult.
