I am very happy to write this review to commend the exceptional professionalism of Neel Patel of Macks Properties. Neel was the letting agent who, in February 2016, took over the management of the flat where I lived between 2012 and 2017. Between February 2016 and September 2017 when I moved out, Neel was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was always responsive, helpful, courteous and friendly. He also really knows his stuff and were I a landlord I would not hesitate to employ him to manage my property. Neel is a letting agent who truly cares about both his clients and their tenants. I hope Macks Properties continues to thrive. I am sure that under Neel's leadership it will.
