Having just completed selling our cottage in St Ives, we found all of the staff at Bradleys to be helpful, honest and realistic.
We had original plans to put our house on the market in the Autumn, but talking to Jon we decided to follow his advice and advertise in May. We quickly accepted an offer with completion in October which turned out to be a very good idea.

We negotiated a reduced commission fee which saved me around £1500 so we was happy with that.
