Not very impressed by Dj alexanders services. They are good at finding a Tennant and taking their large monthly percentage but then seem to do little else to look after the property. My last Tennant's were messy and despite me asking Dj Alexander to get them to clean it they didn't follow up on it. When I finally kicked them out the place needed 3 rooms re decorated as they had marked the previously newly painted rooms badly. They had even written over all the walls in one room in chalk and sprayed the roof of the kitchen with something. Despite this Dj Alexander didn't manage to take good enough photos or put my case forward to the deposit scheme to get any of the £950 decorating costs back !,, only use Dj Alexander if you are willing to still have to look after your property yourself ..
