Took them nine months to find me a rental tennant, all other comments here confirm their bad practise. Today this set of numpties sent documentation with all my personal details including my signature, and my bank account details as an email attachment. ANY IDIOT KNOW EMAIL IS NOT SECURE - but obviously not this one!

You do realise we are in the middle of a pandemic?! Keeping distance to have a conversation is the law and for your own safety! As for the other comments, have some patience, most businesses have 9 weeks worth of work to catch up on and still not allowed to have all their staff working- again due to the safety measures brought by the pandemic. It’s a shame your house purchase is having to wait a little longer than expected but more important that you’re still alive surely? ...
