Nightmare. They let tenants in to my property without proper referencing (they didnt get an address at which they could be confirmed at so any supposed checks were negligible). Turned out the tenants were in thousands of debt before moving into my property, including having left their last place owing thousands in rent, which they did once again to me and have vanished. Of course being in so much debt themselves they're not even worth going after. If proper referencing had been done I wouldn't be in this position. These people also caused damage to my house. Avoid Entwistle Green if you value your house and don't want to be scammed out of thousands...

My mums flat flooded due to a leaking pipe, it's been over 9 weeks and both Entwistle and the landlord have still not fixed the problem. Lived in a property for over year . Had issues from the first month we moved in .
