Initial contact with Black and Golds was with Mike Dingley over the phone. I found him to be professional, kind and friendly.
On meeting him to discuss marketing my house to sell, I was encouraged to find him a genuine professional person with a passion for his profession and business.
He demonstrated experience and knowledge and had a clear understanding of the market, the area and its properties.
Mike gave clear information about his role and a plan for marketing the house and arranging viewings, accurately estimating the number of potential viewings and offers.
I felt 100% confident and comfortable putting the house sale in his hands.
Mike's communication was outstanding, he was efficient, positive, clear and reliable.
These characteristics he has are shared by the team at Black and Golds.
Throughout the process of selling the property I was kept informed by Abbie Butler, mostly by email or where necessary by phone. Abbie was always polite, friendly and very efficient, she would recognise my name and would instantly know what stage my house sale was at, what had been done and what information she was waiting for.
