We have now purchased and sold through Paul Wallace estate agents and can safely say they are they best company that we have dealt with. They get the job done and don't just talk the talk like some I have encountered. Every one I have spoken to there has been really professional and can't do enough to help.
We had a few hiccups along the way with 2 of our purchases falling through and Joe and Nick were really lovely when I asked for advice about our subsequent purchases (that were not through them). I am really grateful for the support from Peter, Nick, Paul, George and especially to Joe who pushed the whole thing through to exchange which was not made especially easy with the vendors of the house we are purchasing being particularly awkward.
Don't hesitate to use this company if you are looking to sell. They are as efficient and professional as it gets and really do care about the service they provide. Nothing was too much trouble and were even contactable out of hours and were happy to help whenever needed.
I also remember when we purchased through them that they were a lot more efficient than the estate agents we used to sell our previous house.
