Warren was helpful and responsive throughout, always on hand even when ostensibly on holiday. A very knowledgeable agent, friendly and personable - He worked over and above particularly when it came to exchange and completion. It was a big help to have an agent as keen to complete the purchase as we were.

Whilst he was not working directly for us, he was approachable and did what he could to keep things moving. Very decent agent and we were happy to work with him.
