We met Dean and Adam on 19 September following a letter received from them inviting us to challenge them to sell our house in two weeks! We had been let down by a previous buyer and had no great response from our two Agents, despite a price reduction.
One of my biggest concerns was that of communication. However, we put James Dean to the test and within one week they sold our house.
The visit we had from Dean and Adam put us at ease, their explanations of process, what they would do for us and how, was first class. We took them at their word and they did not fail us.
They arranged 7 viewings within the week and come yesterday we had three offers on the table, excellent service.
These Agents take great photos of the house, the marketing is first class and very wide reaching; they even use Facebook and to great effect. Their communication is right up there and something I really expect and appreciate. A small independent company with great face to face skills and clearly great working knowledge of the market. Adam dealt with us personally, understood our situation and reacted to it. He sold the house within 7 days.
I would totally recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell their house.
