My flat was an absolute shambles when my previous tenant left. I wanted to have it completely freshened up before letting it again. I found Jaggy just round the corner after another agent had quoted me £20k to gut the place, refloor, repaint, retile (the bathroom), refurnish and refit with new bathroom and kitchen. Jaggy found someone who did it for me for under £15k. The work took just a couple of weeks to complete and as soon as it was done, Jaggy found me a new tenant at a rental I am very happy with. 5 stars definitely for letting. I have now appointed Jaggy to manage the letting and I shall no doubt be writing a future review with regards to this as well.
