We initially saw Rona on a Saturday afternoon when we walked in off the street not quite knowing what we were looking for. Rona was incredibly helpful and followed this up in the week following. The whole Team are incredibly efficient, we were also looked after by Loren and a bit by Beth. When Rona was not there always one of the others dealt speedily and efficiently with our questions.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
