In the last four years I have bought a house from Jeremy and then re sold it again via him. You are made to feel a valid client. All his staff are great. Especially Julie who is always has a pleasant phone manner and Elaine is excellent in the way she weekly chases all the agents and solicitors in the chain and reports back to you and how everything is going. She was one of the reasons I returned to Reed Rains and would use them a third time
Comment on agent fees
I think they are a little expensive really. I did two viewings myself and sold the house on the first day so didnt require much input for the fee but I suppose I could have done.
