Horrific service. We had countless issues with Cauldwell, from not putting forward an offer officially on a house that made an offer for, to never phoning back when we asked to view houses. We had to endlessly chase them.
You are just a number to them, no personal service, and clearly no-one cares.
Would never ever use, so relieved we didn't use them to sell our house, instead we found an amazing agent that actually cared.
Sadly because they are one of the biggest agents in MK, and people are silly enough to use them, we were forced to view houses through them (after hassling them for viewings).
Moral here, they may be one of the biggest, but very much one of the worst. DO NOT USE.
