I was lucky enough to work with Jeff, Mark and the team at Seymours Knaphill recently when they successfully sold my flat for me. They picked up my property sale following a terrible (and costly) experience with Purple Bricks and I cannot thank them enough.
Mark's valuation was accurate and justified and together with Jeff, Ian & James on the Knaphill sales team, they introduced my flat to numerous prospective buyers and helped me secure an offer for the asking price and quickly too.
As a first-time seller, their knowledge and guidance was incredibly valuable to me and the polite and approachable manner I experienced from all the team was hugely appreciated. They went out of their way to ensure all parties involved in the transaction were involved, informed and had everything we needed.
They are a hard-working team of individuals whom I have no hesitation in recommending. Having moved out of the catchment area of the Knaphill branch of Seymours, I only hope I am lucky enough to have such a dedicated team to work with for the next move!
