I am in an unusual situation, and have sold, and wanted to "rent" somewhere for 6 months - just because I have not find my last and forever hom as I am mature, and this is a serious down-sizing project. I had some dealings with this company which left me very "confused" as to whether these were "holiday lettings" with furniture in situ or what? I found a nice house which would have suited me very much for the next six months, which "appeared " to be a holiday let, although absolutely not advertised as such! but When I asked... HE even suggested to me, if I was " happy to sort out the furniture that is "in situ" and "flat - pack them" for the owner and help - he was sure I could rent that lovely property with him!! "what??" !!! I found this to be an utterly extraordinary request??? As a result of this, I looked deeper, and am utterly horrified at the terrible reviews on-line. I feel that I took the right decision to completely avoid this company, "as a renter" - but Two weeks ago I viewed a cottage (which although lovely) was just not suitable for my needs, and the landlord (owner) told me that they had experienced awful troubles with this company messing them about awfully, and taking so many charges and treating them so badly. It is sad, because there are several properties that this company are advertising which would cokmpletely fulfill my needs and requirements, but I JUST DON'T DARE to have anything to do with them! Please be careful everybody, and read those reviews. Kindest regards.

I am sorry but we do not know who you are (as you have not used your name). We do have an in house complaint service that you could have used. I am sorry that you feel that you have had bad service from us, sometimes landlords want to let their properties furnished or part furnished and this property was possibly not suitable for your needs if you required an unfurnished property. We have a lot of properties that are unfurnished and may suit your requirements. We are a professional team and try and help people.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
