I think everyone wants to pay as little as possible when selling a property so of course I would have liked to have paid less. That said I think the fees were fair and certainly competitive with the other agents in the area. I felt I got value for money particularly when it came to my buyers wanting to do surveys etc and I didn't have to book time off work to be there as it was all taken care of.

The fees were not the cheapest we could find, but were reasonable value and in my opinion "you get what you pay for". We more than made up for the slightly higher fee in the sale price achieved and the service is vital when issues arise along the way that cause stress!
