I have found fell Reynolds to be a very poor service. The building I live in has become a grubby place to live. I spoke to fell Reynolds when an earth quake hit Folkestone which damaged one of my windows I asked max to visit me to look at my window he informed me that I was not insured which I believed him I found out later that I was insured now the management has informed me it's too late. To claim. That was 4 years ago. 2 weeks ago
My bedroom window was cracked due to a catch falling and the wind banging against the window Jeremy the manager informed us that we are not ensured he was told that we have the policy on the table. He sent a. Man around to check the window and hr told Jeremy that it seemed safe. This morning my window has a hole on the glass and is ready to fall
Out they have ignored my concerns, if someone gets hurt when thus bog window crashes to the floor what then. The management and staff are rude and are liars and taking is for fools the money we pay a service for is a joke I will be phoning ombudsman today and will speak to other people in Folkestone who are unhappy about this company . Service charge too high. For a two-bed apartment, annual service is over 3,000. WTF? We have no reception desk, no gym, no cinema, just a normal block building. The only staffs I saw were gardeners cutting trees around. Cutting some trees costs 3,000 GBP per year? WTF? ...

You are so right...they are absolutely useless, as well as ignorant and uncaring. Like you we are not receiving service for the large amount of money we give them, and like you we have not received the invoices covering the service charges, despite asking 5 times, and despite being legally entitled to see them.And as you, we have received not one single reply to many letters, e mails and phone calls. Disgusting. ...
