My elderly mother lives in a rented property that is managed by this agent.
She has been living there for over 25 years and since then the agents changed hands many times.
The landlord is Tescos and does absolutely nothing to the property, it is decaying, rotten, full of damp, ceilings (kitchen) that are due to cave in since the damp has taken its toll, gutters that are overflown and problematic and the list can go on much over the words one is allowed to write on here. I guess Tescos have a budget for their properties and will only allow the very basic repairs (hardly any) on their rented properties.
The point of this review is to congratulate Mr. Monty Kareem-Saad for his continuous help when my mother rings their offices for assistance with even more problems in the property.
He is the only one to date (and that is many, many years of dealing with many different people), that is truly efficient, gets on with the matter at task and always keeps her informed of his actions and possible resolutions.
I am very happy she is dealing with this gentleman and delighted that at last there is someone there that will listen and respond promptly and professionally.
I work in the service industry, so I can spot a great professional when I see them.

I've been renting my flat for over three years. I remember that the fees, while I could have done without them, were less than other agents' fees I had been quoted. I also appreciated Touchstone stating their fees clearly on their website - not all agents do this.
