We are recent converts to Romans following their assistance with both the letting of our existing property along with the purchase of what knew was to be our 'dream home'.
No property owner needs reminding just how stressfull both the letting or the sale of a property can be, but I can whole heartedly say that with the fantastic support provided by Romans Aldershot (both Lettings and Sales), the process was made that much smoother.
A special thanks goes out to Mike Wilson in sales for showing us around what is now our new property and for putting up with the 'borderline' harassing phone calls, and panic involved in the initial stages of securing it!
In addition, we owe a huge thanks to the man who made it all possible - Jon Jackson-Bass (Aldershot Lettings) by finding us suitable tenants within just 1 day of marketing our then existing property to let! not to menton the bombardment of calls i have made to him since to check that we are doing all that is required of us as new landlords. Jon your ability to answer the phone continiously within 4 rings never ceases to amaze me!!!
Overall a great team at this branch with everyone helping out where they can - A HUGE THANK-YOU to you ALL!!
