Tariq was amazing, sounded friendly on the phone when asking questions. When me and my girlfriend went to the viewing he told us everything we needed to know and were very welcoming and friendly. Also were very professional throughout the process.
Sally was there when I went to pick up my keys, she was very friendly and fast!! :)
The whole process went smoothley even when dealing with different teams within Bradley's I was never left with unanswered questions. Dealing with the reference company was extremely fast and made everything clear with what I had to provide. I have nothing bad to say about the company, was all very professional and fast.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
