Patrick is a pleasure to deal with. He is extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgable. His approach is one of calm expertise - a world away from my experience with other agents. He doesn't shy away from taking on responsibilities that facilitate the smooth negotiations between me and my tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
