Our experience with this agent and landlord was horrific. They told lies, poor/no repairs, scammed our deposit. The landlord peered in through windows. Absolutely horrible, stressful experience. Stay away! I don't think I've ever met such unscrupulous people previously. Even *kept our post and pretended to forward on.
Comment on agent fees
Over priced as the the house (Old Court House) is overlooked from all windows with lots of noise from the landlord.

Our story is similar. I wish I would have checked the reviews before to rent. Whoever reads this,avoid Beacon Lee in Wellington Somerset.I don't know how they operate in other areas,but here they will rip you off to please some landlords without common sense who want to renovate their houses with the money from the tenants.Discusting! ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
